Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.
Please allow 14 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original, unopened packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
Returns and Warranty
If your item is defective and within Warranty you may contact one of friendly Customer Service Representatives in order to obtain further instructions. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note that if we find the cause to be from wear and tear the customer will incur repair charges and be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In order to return your item you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 7 Days of purchase from a Customer Service Representative. Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Refunds
If the customer has any dissatisfaction with our products they have the option to receive a refund (40% of the principle amount will charged as handling and restocking fee) product must be in new condition and not used. There is absolutely no refund on shipping and handling charges.
Returned Products
Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once a return authorization number has been issued by our customer service dept. A valid RMA return authorization number must be marked outside the box. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
