Spyderco Delica Black handle with plain edge blade. Delica is in the top two sellers in the spyderco knife line. Delica is available in a variety of configurations. This version is the black handle plain edge blade.

Spyderco Delica appeared on the scene in 1991 and was awarded knife of the year. It is the first knife my wife correctly identified as a “cool knife” launching her career as a genuine knife expert. (she has since chosen many other award winners, and I just go along with her decisions …see, I’m learning after all these years!)

Delica is a convenient size and has some great innovative features. The knife has evolved over the years to the perfection achived today. It is ambidexterious and adjustable for tip up, tip down, left-hand or right-hand opening and carry. Other features include: Screw together construction, phosphor bronze bushings, blade detent, & enlarged thumb hole.
