KERSHAW CENTOFANTE-ONION BURGUNDY RED HANDLE

Description

The illustrated Kershaw Knife is the Kershaw Centofante Onion Knife Model 1610, designed by Ken Onion and Frank Centofante. The Model 1610 Centofante Onion Knife features a 2 1/4″ Wharncliffe blade made of Sandvik 13C26 stainless steel. The blade of this Kershaw knife has dual thumb studs and SpeedSafe assist for ambidextrous one hand opening. The reddish anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle, 3 1/8″ closed, has a liner lock and blade safety. A metal pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end of this Kershaw knife. The Kershaw Centofante Onion Knife Model 1610 has an overall length of 5 3/8″ when open, and weighs 1.6 ounces.
