Benchmade 42 Bali-Song knife. Benchmade 42 butterfly knife plain edge. Bali-Song is the registered trade mark of Benchmade knives for their butterfly. An incredibly popular knife, unfortunately Benchmade does not make a lot of this knife. They make the 42 on and off and never in great quantity.
The Weehawk blade is a Jody Sampson design that stayed when he left Benchmade. The 42 is one of the most imitated and knocked off in the butterfly world with copies of copies being made in all the sweatshops off shore in the faraway lands of cheap butterflies.
The 42 Bali-Song is the original titanium-handled model and a hard act to follow. A unique patented feature is the spring loaded latch.
