Microtech Troodon double edge satin plain edge. Double action deploy and retract. Troodon is the newest out-the-front design from Microtech. Microtech pionered the modern out-the-front concept in USA. Troodon has more of a sleek appearance than the earlier models, which were more boxy in shape. This knife is somewhat smaller and more pocket friendly than some of Microtech’s earlier OTF offerings. Utilizing S-30V steel and mil-spec andodized aluminium the knife is light and comfortable to carry. Double edge blade is razor sharp as would be expected from such a high-quality American made knife. Troodon – funky name, but it’s still a practical knife for one-handed applications.
